By accessing and using the services of Andari & Co. ("we", "our", "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Andari & Co. offers curated travel experiences as tailored travel planning, destination consultancy, and personalized itineraries, including yoga and wellness retreats.
2. Bookings & Payments
To confirm a retreat or service, a deposit or full payment is required, as stated in the offer.
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Full payment must be received within the timeline specified at the time of booking to secure your spot.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing.
For retreats:
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 30–59 days prior: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior: non-refundable.
For custom travel planning: deposits are non-refundable once services have begun.
4. Travel Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
5. Health, Dietary & Accessibility Needs
By booking a retreat or travel service, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health to participate. You acknowledge full responsibility for your personal well-being and choices during the trip.
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and accessibility needs whenever possible. Please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking, so we can make the necessary arrangements with our partners.
6. Accommodation & Availability Changes
In the unlikely event that a confirmed accommodation becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will ensure guests are relocated to a property of equal or similar category and standard, at no additional cost. We always aim to maintain the quality and comfort of the original offer.
7. Changes & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, supplier issues). In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), we will offer alternatives or rescheduling where possible.
8. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal data will only be used to process your booking and deliver relevant services. We never share or sell your information to third parties.
